Free event to Celebrate St David’s Day at Mermaid Quay

Mermaid Quay will be celebrating St David’s Day in true Welsh style this weekend with a family friendly event and special guest Dreygo the dragon. This free event welcomes visitors to celebrate and enjoy the festivities on the waterfront on Saturday, March 2 from 11am to 4pm.

During the event visitors will have the opportunity to meet Dreygo and his baby dragon up close to experience its lifelike movements, as well as free face painting for children and Welsh flag giveaways.
