From the very first notes of the ‘Opening Megamix’, it’s clear that the show is on a mission to capture the pure essence of the 80s, setting an upbeat and nostalgic tone that never lets up. The audience is taken on a musical journey through time, featuring beloved classics like ‘Girls Just Wanna Have Fun’, ‘Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)’, and ‘The Only Way Is Up’. The production’s energy and enthusiasm are infectious keeping the audience on their feet, joining in with claps and cheers!

Throughout the show, the cast delivers electric performances that are impossible to look away from. Nina Wadia brings humour and charm. Alongside her, Melissa Jacques’s powerhouse vocals shine, adding depth and emotional resonance to the show’s big numbers. Their unique chemistry and talent create an atmosphere that’s both equally fun and heartfelt.

Adding an extra spark to the evening was the appearance of 80s icon Sonia, whose special guest performance was a thrill for fans of the era. Her presence was absolutely iconic and brought an extra charm to the show, grounding it in a love for the music and culture of the 80s.
